Design and engineering of control system. AB SLC503 and RSView32 were used to automate this process.

Coal fired boiler - Alpine Dairy

Design and build of boiler control system for two twenty-megawatt, limited attendance boilers at Alpine’s Clandeboye site. System comprising of three Modicon PLCs and sixteen PDL variable speed drives, all communicating with each other via Modbus +. Operator interfaces comprising of two InTouch MMI packages.

Tile Plant – MALAYSIA

Design and build PLC control system for the manufacture of roofing tiles. This included onsite commissioning. 

Strapping System - RAYONIER 

Complete automation of MDF strapping plant and cover sheet application via Allan Bradley SLC500 PLC and Panelview operator interface. NELSON PINE Strapping System – Complete automation of MDF strapping plant via Allan Bradley PLC5 PLC, RIO and Panelview operator interface.

Boning Aids – Alliance

Development of a boning aid for the meat industry. Controls are VSD encapsulated via Device net. Strong interest is expected from the meat industry.

Complete installation and automation of oven, prover and conveyor system in Newcastle, Australia.  Plant controlled by AB PV1400 MMI and SLC 5/04.

Complete installation automation of oven, prover, conveyor and cooler system in Rockhampton, Australia. Plant controlled by AB PV1400E MMI, SLC 5/04, with RIO and flex IO racks.
